Step 1 – You sign up and fill in the intake form
As soon as you subscribe, your welcome email will land in your inbox with a link to your intake form. It only takes a few minutes. The information you provide here shapes everything.

Step 2 – Your child’s learning platform is generated
Within an hour of submitting the form, you will receive an invite to create your parent login – where you will immediately be able to access your parent dashboard and full personalised learning system built around your child. Seven subjects. Endless tailored activities per subject. Delivery instructions, evidence ideas, resources, Kids Zone challenges, progress tracking, and much more.

Step 3 – Rate activities as you go
Opens in your browser, no app, no setup. Pick a subject, tap Start, begin. Rate each activity Easy, OK or Challenging – that single tap is what drives everything else: progress tracking, skills tracker, and what gets suggested next.

Fully Tracked Progress
Our unique ‘SmartTracker’ framework moves your child through three stages in every skill: Learn, Develop, and Extend, and the tracker shows exactly where your child is on each one, updating automatically every time you rate an activity.
Colour tells you the stage at a glance: yellow for Learn, orange for Develop, green for Extend. The system brings less-confident strands forward automatically, and generates a certificate the moment a strand is fully mastered.

After a few sessions, your child's learning platform knows them better than any resource ever could.
Here’s what happens behind each rating you give.
Mark something Easy, and the system knows to push further next time. Mark it Challenging, and it adjusts the approach again – a different entry point, more scaffolding, or shorter task.
Over time these signals build a complete picture of your child. Every new activity is chosen using it, targeting what needs attention, pitched at the right level, and framed the way that has worked before.
Learn
First encounter. Gentle entry. Worked examples. No assumed prior knowledge.
Develop
Building fluency. Slightly more challenge. Less scaffolding.
Extend
Applying the skill in new contexts. Making connections. Creative application.
"Worksheets" - print or complete online
Every activity benefits from a recording sheet. You can print it or complete it online – typing answers, filling in tables and labelling diagrams. Completed work saves to your dashboard Work & Evidence section.
Optional worksheets are built-in to the activity with only a few questions. Experience shows most worksheet questions are irrelevant or redundant and only used to fill up space (rarely remembered).
Our worksheets are specific to the skill in each activity and only cover what your child actually needs to know.
